It is not easy to stop an old
habit, especially when you have WAY to much time on your hands. You know how the mine can take a
millisecond to wander and you are right back where you don't want to be. Well I am trying new things and with that I have new ideas and my mind has something else to do.
What am I doing?
- Playing Wii Sports (great way to release built up aggression or tension in a positive physical manner)
- SingStar Vol. 2 - a GREAT way to practice dealing with my small fear of public anything (speaking, etc.)
- Blogging about a project I created for our daughter
Truth be told this is not easy there are still those moments that I think of my old bad
habits but now I know there are ways to move forward and occupy my time wisely in ways that will
benefit mine and my families future.
